A typical session at The Seasonal Workshop takes 2-3 hours and consists of a minimum of 5 participants and a maximum of 15 participants (plus the instructor or host). The sessions can vary for each professional instructor. Typically with a guided session the instructor will start with a short introduction on who they are, and what to expect from the session, and will begin slowly to give step-by-step instructions. With the guidance of a professional instructor, you’ll be able to paint a one-of-a-kind masterpiece with no experience needed. There is enough time to follow the instructions while doing it at your own pace, and enough time to socialize and enjoy your favorite beverage. The materials will be set up and ready to be used. The atmosphere will vary from session to session, but what we can guarantee is that our sessions are judgemental free and you’ll have an amazingly fun time. You can expect to sing along to upbeat music or relax to chill and lofi beats in the background.
You can, of course, ask questions, if you have any doubts or are just curious.

Just like our group sessions, a typical session at The Seasonal Workshop takes 3 hours and consists of a minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 15 participants plus the instructor or host (If you wish to have more people, you would need to contact us and we’ll work it out). For example, you can book us for 3 days and we do 1-2 sessions per day with a max of 10 people. We would implement the first come, first serve concept.

At the moment, The Seasonal Workshop does not have a permanent location/studio. We are doing pop-up events where you can book a spot or book us privately where we come to you. This could be your own home, office or place you have rented. This will change in the near future when we have our own studio and a permanent location to call home.

Yes, always yes! If you want to guarantee a spot at our group sessions it is strongly advised to book in advance. For our private sessions or corporate sessions, it is also advised to book in advance to ensure we are available at your chosen date and time. Booking in advance, in general, ensures we have all the materials for all participants.

What to do before/during/after
-
Yes, you can bring your own drinks (unless stated otherwise). Though this is limited to alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and wine. Strong alcohol and liquors are not permitted. In regards to food, this is not allowed. However, if you book us privately when we come to you, the rules change and it is up to you, what your guests/participants can bring.
-
Yes, you can bring your own materials, but bring them at your own risk. Meaning you are responsible and liable for your own materials.
-
As tempting as it is to dress up for our sessions, it is strongly advised to not do so. The majority of our sessions will involve acrylic paint, which means splatters could potentially happen. In case of any messes, it is advised to not wear white or any bright colors. Nor is it a good idea to wear your most expensive or valuable outfit. What we’re trying to say is, wear clothes you would be okay with if paint got onto them. In that case, you can use rubbing alcohol, nail polish remover, or alcohol-based hairspray to remove the painting from any clothing.
-
We provide all the materials, so you do not need to bring anything but yourself with the intention of having a fun and creative time. You are allowed to bring your own drinks (unless stated otherwise). Though this is limited to alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and wine. Strong alcohol and liquors are not permitted.
-
As we are doing pop-up events, this option is not possible. However, once we open our own studio, we will strongly reconsider.

However, if you book us privately or for a corporate event, you are able to choose a painting from our art portfolio.
-
NO! Not at all. Our sessions are either unguided with a guided canvas or guided by a professional which means every session is suited for all levels. Art is subjective, which is why we believe that anyone can paint and be creative. With the help of our professionals, you can’t do any wrong.
-
Yes, there is. As we have implemented the BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) concept, the age requirement to attend a session is ages 18 and up.

Yes, you can. However, we advise you to contact us before the session, so we know how many people to expect. We also have to ensure that the studio or location is big enough for all participants and non-participants.

Kids are not allowed at our group sessions unless stated otherwise. The age requirement is 18 and up. We advise that you show up 10-15 mins before a session starts to guarantee you’ll be on time. However, life happens. If you were to show up 15-30mins late, you should still be able to catch up with the rest of the participants. Kindly keep in mind that the duration of the session will not extend due to your lateness.
-
All sessions will be in English. We do offer sessions in Danish. Sessions in Danish will have to be inquired about so everyone feels included.

Of course, you can! Gift cards are an amazing gift option to treat your loved ones, colleagues, etc. When purchasing a gift card, you’re able to choose the value of the card, which can be used for any group session or product.
-
We chose not to limit anyone based on age and rather have that choice be made by the individual. Some paintings may be more complicated and more detailed, which could take a longer time than others - and would make it a bit less kid-friendly.
But we will soon launch kid-friendly kits which will be paintings less in detail and wouldn’t take so much time to finish.
-
Once opened, the paint can last between a few months to years, once sealed and stored properly.
